The Secured Private Debt Fund is a co-mingled, closed-end scheme that targets a return of 3.5% - 4.0% pa over 90 day bank bills by investing in a granular portfolio of secured commercial real estate loans.

The Fund’s terms are innovative, market-leading and correct the alignment issues associated with traditional mortgage funds and other similar offers.

Separately Managed Accounts

Balmain has also reserved some capacity for institutions wishing to invest via a Separately Managed Account (SMA). SMAs can be tailored to meet the risk and return requirements of individual investors.
